When you find yourself in worry, stop.
Don’t fight the worry.
Accept it.
Worry is here for a reason—
to remind you how much you care.
But remember:
worry is a great motivator,
and a poor operator.
It’s just one brick in the wall.
If you truly want to build the house,
you can’t stop at the first brick.
You need to keep building—
brick by brick by brick.
That means letting go of the brick of worry,
and reaching for the next ones:
care,
love,
acceptance.
This is why we meditate.
Not to fight worry.
But to see what we truly care about—
and place our attention there
with calm assurance.
So let’s practice.
