“Feel the fear and do it anyway”

“Feel the fear and do it anyway”

sounds great — until it doesn’t.

Picture this: you’re standing on top of a tall building.

A salesman promises to scale your business,

take you out of operations,

make you more money than ever…

all you have to do is hand over $10k cash

and jump.

When you ask, “How do I know I’ll survive the fall?”

they say, “Trust me, I’m an engineer.

There’s an invisible net down there.”

Would you jump?

I wouldn’t. Because some fears are real.

Some deals just don’t add up.

So how do you know when fear is real — and when it’s only in your mind?

You know it from the pure place in your heart.

That’s why we meditate.

To strengthen your connection with inner knowing.

Let’s practice
