How do you step away from your business without it falling apart?

This is for you if you lead by example—
if you feel you need to master the craft before you can delegate it.

This is for you if you’re stuck in operations and management,
and you know it’s time to take the leadership role.

Instead of asking:
“How will I know when I’m good enough to delegate?”
(which is a good question)

Ask yourself:
“Is the situation I’m in right now working for me?”

For a long time, I asked myself the wrong question.
Back then, I was building a yoga-for-productivity program.
I told myself: “If I can prove 20 minutes of yoga is enough, then I’ll be a good role model.”
The truth?
It wasn’t enough—not for me, and not for the people I wanted to help.

I modeled the wrong thing for longer than I needed to…
because I thought being a leader meant proving myself first.
But leadership isn’t about proving—it’s about choosing.

That’s why we meditate.
To pause long enough to notice:
Am I modeling the right thing?
Am I walking the path I actually want?

If you’ve been stuck in the wrong role for too long,
this meditation will help you step back, breathe, and realign.
