You can feel bad and still face forward.

Positivity is not forcing what you think is “right action”.

It’s taking a breath and being honest with yourself.

That’s true power.

Because feeling bad isn’t failure — it’s feedback.

A sign there’s energy to release.

And when you let it move, you rise again.
