Like the placebo effect or psychosomatic illness, your mind can make it real. You either think and grow rich, or think and burn out.

The antidote to burnout isn’t working less.

You can rest if you want, but rest won’t fix what disconnection caused.

The real cure is loving your work again.

Because love is always expansive and easy.

If it feels like pressure or pain, you’ve simply forgotten how to love.
