“You will earn more, but… your ego might not like it”
If you want to save time as a leader,
eliminate one word from your vocabulary:
“But”
Here’s why.
Your sentences get shorter
You stop accidentally disagreeing with people
You stop triggering their ego.
Because most people don’t meditate,
when they hear but,
everything before it gets cut.
And all they hear is disagreement.
And unless you’re running a dictatorship,
Disagreements slow you down,
They kill trust, creativity, and time.
What you want is agreement,
So lead with it.
Replace the but with and.
Simple shift, massive impact.
