For many, heartbreak lingers for weeks or months.
For me, it shows up differently.
Not because Iโm any better or different.
But because Iโve been blessed with great teachers.
Iโve learned to process my feelings quickly.
Not through suppressing them or brushing them off.
Yes, Iโve tried that too. And it has never worked.
So I looked for other ways โ ones that work.
And what works the best is allowing myself to feel.
Not because it feels good, but because it’s the right thing to do.
Because it’s the most productive thing to do.
Sometimes it takes minutes, sometimes within an hour.
Through yoga, meditation, or simply giving myself space to feel.
The key is becoming aware โ I am the cause:
How do I create my own feelings?
And the decision:
What do I want to create?
