How to Fall Asleep With Overactive Mind

If you struggle to shut your mind off at the end of the day — you’re not broken.

It only means you’re working on something big, something that matters.

Throughout the day, your mind gathers energy and momentum — ideas, problems, possibilities. 

Until by nightfall, it’s too full to rest.

So stop trying to stop your mind. 

That’s like standing in front of a moving train.

Instead, remember who you are.

Bring your attention to your heart.

Breathe.

Feel.

And let the energy in your mind simply be.

As you breathe, let that energy move through your whole body.

You don’t need to control it.

You only need to remember.

Remember your heart.

Remember your power.

Allow yourself to breath

And that’s why we meditate:

to reclaim our authority

and make sure the mind works for us — not the other way around.
