Can I explain to you how to gain productivity AND guide you through a meditation in under 90 seconds?
YES, I certainly can.
Because I have limited time, I have to skip many explanations needed for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
Therefore, it’s likely to make any sense only for advanced practitioners.
Advanced practitioners don’t need to be explained concepts.
They don’t need guardrails.
They only need reminders.
Just saying “remember your breath” is enough of a reminder to trigger instant relaxation of the body, release of stress. And in just a few seconds, they can find themselves in deep inner peace.
Advanced practitioners know not to resist the stress and allow it to flow.
Beginners need
✅ bringing awareness to stress in the first place.
✅ Then guidance to accept it unconditionally.
✅ Then teaching use of breath to release it.
✅ Then, not resisting it.
✅ Then …
✅ Over time, building internal muscle to associate breath with relief.
Just “remember your heart” is enough to trigger kindness and unconditional love overflowing the body.
