Most people fall for the trap of “work now, enjoy later.”
But here’s the problem:
Later often turns into never.
That’s why so many end up burned out.
Here’s the real hack:
It’s not about doing more work or less work…
👉 It’s about enjoying the work.
Think about it:
- When are you most productive?
- When bored and dragging your feet?
- Or when time flies because you love what you do?
Exactly. The faster it flows, the more time you actually feel you have.
So the mantra isn’t “work now, enjoy later.”
It’s “work now AND enjoy it.”
And that’s why we meditate—
To clear the mind, open the heart, and find focus on what truly matters.

Most productivity experts will try to sell you working less…
But does it really make sense to work any less since you have the same amount of work to be done?
So how about instead of working less, let’s just get more time to work and get work done.
How does that sound?
And since time is relative (which you already know) because you experience times when
* time is slow and drags its feet, especially when you’re bored,
* and then there are times when it’s fast and it flies, especially when you do what you love.
And since time is relative and you can command it at will until it becomes a skill…
How do you command it?
What works for me is enjoyment.
You can either try it out for yourself
OR
Meditate to come to your own conclusions.
And that’s why we meditate, to clear our mind and heart so we can truly focus on what moves the needle.
