Could leadership be this simple?
Everyone loves flow.
Flow is our natural state.
And it’s not something we need to teach ourselves.
However, sometimes our environment is not conductive to flow.
Sometimes our leadership is not conductive to flow ,
Because we stay too much in our minds,
and trying to control things that shouldn’t be controlled.
And it’s not the fault of the mind it’s simple forgetting who you are.
Mind loves solving problems.
And if not given worth the problem, it will invent one.
Therefore, our duty is to give mind something to solve.
Mine needs a goal something to aim for.
As Bible says, without vision, people, perish.
And your role as a leader is to give your team a vision.
And sometimes even tiny steppingstones, how to get to that vision.
Truly, all we really need is the clear next step.
One step at a time make sure that your team knows clearly what is the next step to take.
Make sure you know what is your next step.
And once you and your team know where you’re going –
make sure you step out of your own way and your team’s way.
Because your team is looking forward to flow.
That’s all you need to flow yourself and your team.
