How do you deal with communicating other people flaws?

Communication is easy when you lead with heart.
But only if you lead with a pure heart.
Heart, full of love and flow.

Teamwork by definition of requires agreements,
being on the same page,
working towards the same goal.

And you can get to agreement only by focusing on agreeing.

This is something I’ve been struggling a lot myself.
Seeing other people‘s flaws and limiting beliefs – It’s like my second nature.
And since awareness is the last step,
it is tempting to point their limitations out –
with hope that they learn from this “new found awareness”.

Here things go wrong.
First, focusing on limitations, you create more limitations.
This may be helpful at times to become aware of the limitations.
But it’s completely unproductive when awareness of limitation is already there.

Often, when limitation is pointed out, it makes the receiving person feel stupid,
Because their underlying assumption is that they didn’t know their limits.
or should I say they are so stupid that they don’t know?

Many people carry this story, therefore, pointing to limitation becomes unproductive.

Obviously, there are others who are in growth mindset
and appreciate awareness of limitations being brought to their attention.
Because even if they knew where they are limited,
Another person perspective may shine a light to remove the limitation.
This is how coaching works.

So what to do when you have a desire to liberate people who have limitations?
Focus on desire behind a limitation – point that out.
