This has been the hardest meditation to make in the last 111 days.
Why?
Because energy flows where attention goes…
and today attention went to stop overthinking.
Here are 3 simple steps to eliminate overthinking on the spot:
1️⃣ Take your power back.
You are not your mind. You are not your thoughts.
You use your mind to create thoughts and move your body.
So pause, breathe, and remember — you’re the one in charge.
2️⃣ Decide who you are.
If you decided that you’re an overthinker, think again.
Choose to be a great thinker — someone who turns thinking into decisions, action, and results.
3️⃣ Don’t rely on luck – use a loop.
OODA Looping (Observe → Orient → Decide → Act) is a decision-making process used by fighter pilots.
If it works in the military, it’ll work for you.
✅ Observe what’s happening,
✅ Orient toward what you want,
✅ Decide what matters,
✅ Act on Decision → and loop again.
Overthinking ends where clear process begins.
